    Type: Incident Affected Components: Phone and SMS, , Onflo (formerly Let's Talk) → Oct 20, 10:50:00 GMT+0 - Resolved - Our third party telephony provider, Twilio, was impacted by the global AWS outage. Therefore, Onflo accounts were not receiving inbound calls or able to make outbound calls. As of 7:35am EST, all telephony capabilities are restored. We are currently monitoring the result.     Type: Incident Duration: 20 hours and 19 minutes Affected Components: Onflo Platform Oct 28, 16:54:52 GMT+0 - Identified - Outlook users who are not using the latest version are experiencing issues with activation emails and password reset emails. Our team has identified the root cause and is working to deploy a fix. As a workaround, please either access the browser-based version of Outlook or update your desktop version. Next update on October 29\. Oct 29, 13:13:43 GMT+0 - Resolved - The issue is now resolved. For impacted users - those attempting to activate their account or reset their password and using a previous version of Microsoft Outlook - a new activation email or password reset email will need to be sent. We apologize for any inconvenience.
