We experienced a delay in processing a small number of identity verification transactions across our US, EU, and SGP data centers between 15:14 and 15:22 UTC. If you submitted an identity verification transaction during this period, transactions routed to manual review may have experienced a minor delay in receiving callbacks and retrievals. We want to emphasize that all other services remained fully operational throughout this time. Normal processing has resumed.
