We are currently investigating an issue where attachments uploaded to internal notes are not viewable at this time. Emails with file attachments are also not being sent at this time. We have fully investigated, and are no longer experiencing uploading attachments to notes, and sending emails with attachments. Our Engineering team is actively discussing how to prevent future disruptions similar to this one.
