Is JobAdder down?

From 12:30 PM to 2:25 PM (Sydney time) on 7 August 2026, our development team identified and has since resolved an issue where an incorrect "from" email address was briefly applied to certain emails sent via the JobAdder system. All emails sent from the JobAdder system after the impacted period will have the correct "from" email address applied to them. Not all emails sent during this timeframe were impacted and we are working urgently to identify any affected emails. We encourage you to review emails sent from your account during the impacted window. If you identify any emails which include the wrong “From” email address, please contact our support team ([email protected]) and send through those details as this will help with our investigation.
