We are investigating an issue affecting Career Page settings in JazzHR. Users may see an "Access Denied" error when clicking Save Changes on the Career Page Layout settings page (Settings > Jobs). Changes made on this page are not saved. Public career pages and candidate applications are not affected at this time.

We’ve identified the Cloudflare rule blocking saves on the Career Page Layout page. SRE is investigating why this route triggers a false positive. We’ll update the team as soon as we know more.

Resolved – JazzHR – Unable to Save Career Page Settings Incident Duration: Oct 21, 2026, ~11:25 AM – 12:40 PM (status page posted 12:15 PM; fix confirmed working 12:52 PM) Impact Summary: Some customers couldn't save changes on the Career Page Layout page (Settings > Jobs). The block page appeared when they tried to save. Other parts of JazzHR weren't affected. Cause: A Cloudflare security rule that protects against a known vulnerability wrongly flagged the save request on that page. The rule had been re-enabled for security reasons. Mitigation: Our engineering team deployed a fix that stops the rule from blocking this page. Saving career page settings works normally again. We apologize for any inconvenience.
