    We're currently experiencing high severity problems with our cloud environment due to widespread issues in the services from our cloud provider. The could mean that we are unable to handle alarms correctly and alarm images and videos may not appear in the Monitor view. Sorry for the inconvenience. We will notify you as soon as we know more.

    We are investigating the issue and have identified the root cause as being the underlying Google Cloud infrastructure. The Google Cloud Platform are currently experiencing significant degradations globally, as well as complete outages for certain services.     The root cause of the issue has been identified and a resolution is being implemented and tested. Once tested and passing quality assurance it will be deployed. In the meantime, a workaround is to adjust the schedule used by problematic Edge devices after midnight. We will post more information as it becomes available. We appreciate your patience!
