    We are aware of an issue with Telus/Koodo Carrier Integration causing issues with multiple clients. Our Incident Management Team is currently investigating. More updates to follow.

    The IM team has investigated and found that the issue appears to be on Telus' end. We have reached out to them and are awaiting their response. We will update you when we have additional information.

    We have been informed by Telus that the root cause was identified - a code change was prematurely deployed to production on Monday morning. This change will be rolled back on Thursday at 8:00 AM ET.
