We are investigating degraded performance affecting some ISP proxy customers in Singapore and Japan. Other countries in the region are not affected. Our team is actively looking into it and we will share further updates as we learn more.

We have identified a partial outage affecting a specific set of ISP proxy IP addresses in Singapore and Tokyo. The affected IP addresses stopped responding from approximately 14:20 UTC on 26 August 2026. Only those IP addresses are impacted; proxy IP addresses that were working after that time, and all other locations, are not affected. Replacement IP addresses are being prepared exclusively for customers whose proxy IP addresses are affected, and those proxies will be transferred to the new IP addresses. If your proxy IP addresses are working, you are not affected and no action is needed. We will share further updates as the transfers progress.

Update: replacement IP addresses have been allocated for the affected ISP proxy IP addresses in Singapore and Tokyo, and the transfers are in progress. Customers whose proxies are being moved will see the new IP addresses in their dashboard. Proxy IP addresses that were working after 26 August are not affected and require no action. We will confirm here once all transfers are complete.
