    Care Team may not be displayed fully for some users. Support teams are investigating.

    Support teams met with the vendor Kyruus and found a data mapping issue. The vendor made an update to how they send the provider ID's. They have agreed to support the previous method so we can receive/read the data on our end. Developers are still looking at what can be done to the provider service on our end to resolve the issue.

Please contact your care provider's office to confirm the correct appointment time if needed. Work to resolve this issue is underway. We will update again as soon as we have more information.

    Intermountain Health patient portal v7.20.0 iOS users. - Please be aware that for iOS users, in-app appointment reminders may display two different times for the appointment. Please contact your care provider's office to confirm the correct appointment time if needed. If you rescheduled an appointment between May 21 and May 30, 2025, the new appointment time may be incorrect. Please contact your care provider's office to confirm the correct appointment time. Work to resolve this issue is underway. We expect to release a fix to the App Store by end of day 5/30/2025. Please update to v7.20.5 when available.

Multiple features and services may be unavailable or delayed during this time, including: messaging features, find a doctor or specialist, insurance look up features and message notifications and alerts regarding care.
