A production issue has been identified affecting manually boarded accounts in the Consumer Loan Workstation, related to EN3640 (Promo Eligibility). A fix is scheduled for deployment today, June 24, 2026. Please note that loans manually entered prior to the deployment will remain impacted. We will advise you once the issue is resolved. Please communicate this alert internally within your organization. Action Required: To prevent additional impact, clients are advised to temporarily pause the manual entry of new Consumer loan accounts until the fix has been implemented.
