    We are investigating reports related to 'WinAPI error code 193' and attachment failures during Document Conversion after running legacy integrations. Our teams are actively investigating the cause and will provide updates as more information becomes available.

    We have identified an issue introduced in the Encompass SmartClient 26.1.0.4 Critical Patch release the night of 6/9/2026, which introduced failures during Document Conversion after running legacy integrations. We are evaluating a permanent resolution for this now. As an immediate workaround for this issue, rolling back the 26.1.0.4 client side update within Admin Tools Version Manager will resolve this issue.
