# Summary Due to some unexpected technical issues that occurred during the delivery of the 6.2.59 version, our IT team had to restart all the Productions. As a result, all our Customers experienced intermittent disruptions in service on May 2, between 07:00 am and 12:00 pm CEST. # Root Cause Our infrastructure provider unexpectedly dropped during a critical operation as part of the scheduled upgrade delivery, resulting in a complete blockage of a central part of our application servers cluster. #Remedy & Future Prevention After several attempts to unlock it without success, the only remaining action was to fully restart all the applications by batches. As part of our standard process, we are performing a full root cause analysis, so that this situation won’t repeat itself. We also continue to investigate and implement further improvements regarding our deployment procedure. We understand the impact this had on our users and want to apologize once again for any inconveniences or problems that this incident caused you. Your patience and understanding while we worked to resolve these issues was greatly appreciated. Thank you, The Inova Software team
