Dear users, As you may have seen on the news, a fire broke out at OVH, one of the largest cloud providers in the world. Hundreds of thousands of organizations, including Inova , were negatively impacted by the data center fire. Clients have reported receiving an error message while using the extension and being unable to install the add-in. These issues began on Wednesday, March 10th at 12:47 a.m. and users may still be experiencing issues. We’re currently working on setting up a redirect that is not associated with OVH. We estimate that the resolution will be in place by Friday, March 12th at 5 p.m. Central European Standard Time. We will continue to provide updates here as we receive them. Best regards, The Inova Software team

We set up redirect that is not associated with OVH's data center. The solution is now in place and the reported issues have been resolved. Now that the main issues have been fixed, we're working on restoring the offline add-in package. We will provide a further update once we have more information.
