    Dear users, We are currently experiencing a major system outage. This is causing login issues for all Inova applications (500 error). We are actively working to resolve this incident as soon as possible. Kind regards, The Inova team

    Our DevOps team has fixed the issue and our internal tests now show that all services are functional. We continue to monitor the situation closely and will provide a new update shortly.

    We have not detected any new incident for several hours. The systems are running normally and are stable. We are continuing to investigate the underlying cause for this issue and will make appropriate improvements to our systems to help prevent or minimize future recurrence.
