We were required to update the extensions to new security standards a couple of days ago for Firefox 128.0.0 and newer. This has caused an issue with Firefox 115.0.0 and older. We are working on reintroducing the legacy browser extension for 115.0.0 and older, but it will no longer be updated. The Chrome extension is not having issues on these older devices currently, to get your computer operational immediately while we work on introducing the old Firefox extension again.

We have released the legacy browser extension to support Firefox 115.0.0 and older. You will need to remove the latest extension and add the one with Legacy in the name
