Ikeono experienced a notice incident on July 13, 2026 affecting North America Messaging (SMS & MMS), lasting 2h 13m. The incident has been resolved; the full update timeline is below.

We are currently investigating an issue where a small group of messages are showing an error code: Message delivered to handset. Testing indicates these messages are still being delivered as expected, and that it is a false error from the carrier. The carrier has been notified and we are currently working to identify where the issue resides.

The carrier has introduced a new message delivery code that we are currently not interpreting appropriately. Messages are delivering appropriately. We are working on a fix now and will be pushing it to production shortly
