    We have identified an outage affecting the Jive Cloud EU cluster following a recent SSL certificate update. Our DevOps team is actively investigating the issue and working with priority to restore normal operations as quickly and safely as possible. We understand the impact this may have on our customers and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Further updates will be shared as soon as additional progress is made.

    We are pleased to report that the root cause of the outage has been identified and a corrective fix is currently being deployed. Early validations have demonstrated positive results, indicating that the solution is effective. The fix is now being rolled out across the entire EU cluster. This process is expected to take approximately 120 minutes to complete, after which full service restoration is anticipated. Our teams will continue to actively monitor the deployment to ensure stability and reliability throughout the cluster. We remain committed to keeping our customers informed and will provide a final update once the resolution has been fully confirmed.
