    We have been made aware of a potential unscheduled outage of the RapidID gateway that may have impacted data/DVS checks being performed via the DataConnect service between approx. 10:40AM and 12:50PM AEST today (18/07/24) This would impact clients on v4.4 or less of our product where RapidID is the DVS provider During this time, data checks may have been skipped as a result of the gateway not being accessible We are following up with RapidID and will provide further information once available.     RapidID have confirmed that a regulation code update for compliance purposes involved a delay in the propagation of said code through to the DVS system before it became live. During this delay in deploying the new code, DVS requests were rejected. Service outage was confirmed to be between between 10:32AM and 12:48PM AEST 18/07/24
