IDVerse experienced a major incident on August 15, 2024 affecting 3rd Party Component Services, lasting 3h 36m. The incident has been resolved; the full update timeline is below.

GeoLocation is no longer displaying on transactions relying on the IPQS location service, this impacts IDKit and IDKit Enterprise version 4.8+. We have reached out to the 3rd party provider for investigation. This does not impact transaction analysis unless Geo-Flagging is enabled on your site.
