    Between 11:17 AM EDT (UTC -04:00) and 12:14 PM EDT (UTC -04:00), some customers in all affected regions experienced issues with service tools. This was caused by a data fetching issue. As of 12:14 PM EDT (UTC -04:00), our service tools are working properly and the incident has been fully resolved.
