We're currently investigating an issue with one of the cpanel servers Stargate.terrassl.net. This will be affecting both web and email-based services. We'll provide updates as they are progressed

The server is now back up. We have identified a hardware issue but the server is now booted. We'll continue to investigate the issue internally as services are now running.
