    We are currently investigating an affecting a licensing issue some of our cPanel servers. The issue appears to be with cPanels Manage2 licensing servers.

    cPanel have publicly acknowledged an issue with their licensing servers. https://support.cpanel.net/hc/en-us/articles/41816676353943-cPanel-License-Update-Failures-July-8th-2026 Currently only four of our cPanel servers are affected. Your website will still load however there maybe issues accessing cPanel or WHM services.

    Engineers are currently investigating mail issues on CP12 - Excessive email forwarder traffic to Outlook.com & Hotmail.com email addresses have caused an IP block. Engineers are working with Microsoft to get the IP unblocked ASAP.
