Holvi Outage History

We're currently investigating an issue where some customers are unable to confirm card payments in the Holvi app. Our team is actively working on a fix. We'll update this page as soon as the issue is resolved. We’re currently experiencing an issue with sending e-invoices due to a problem at one of our external partners. Some e-invoices may be delayed or rejected. Our team is working closely with the provider to resolve this. We’ll share updates if there’s anything new to communicate.

Our third-party provider is currently experiencing issues processing Verification of Payee information for incoming payments to Finnish IBANs. Please note that this error message does not prevent the payments from being completed. We are working together to resolve the issue as soon as possible and apologize for any inconvenience caused.

We are observing issues with SEPA Instant payments processing, and are actively looking into it. In the meantime, please use the standard SEPA payment method. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

We have identified an issue with incoming SEPA payments in Finland and are working to resolve it.

Since 6 September, instant payments have not gone through and remain unavailable. All instant payments from this period need to be reinitiated – please use regular SEPA transfers instead. We are working on a fix and will share updates here.

Visa card top-ups are temporarily unavailable due to a technical issue. This only affects customers if they use a Visa card to top up their Holvi account. Mastercard, SEPA Instant and Finnish bank buttons still work as normal. We’re working on a fix. Echtzeit-Einzahlungen per Visa-Karte über die Top-Up-Funktion sind vorübergehend nicht möglich.
