Since 6 September, instant payments have not gone through and remain unavailable. All instant payments from this period need to be reinitiated – please use regular SEPA transfers instead. We are working on a fix and will share updates here.

Instant payments issue – resolved The technical issue has been fixed and services are fully operational. Instant payments sent between 6 September and 8 September ~09:00 CET did not go through and need to be reinitiated. Regular SEPA payments may have been delayed on 8 September morning but have since been processed.
