    We're currently investigating an issue where some customers are unable to confirm card payments in the Holvi app. Our team is actively working on a fix.     Since 6 September, instant payments have not gone through and remain unavailable. All instant payments from this period need to be reinitiated – please use regular SEPA transfers instead. We are working on a fix and will share updates here.

    Instant payments issue – resolved The technical issue has been fixed and services are fully operational. Instant payments sent between 6 September and 8 September ~09:00 CET did not go through and need to be reinitiated. Regular SEPA payments may have been delayed on 8 September morning but have since been processed.

    Visa card top-ups are temporarily unavailable due to a technical issue. This only affects customers if they use a Visa card to top up their Holvi account. Mastercard, SEPA Instant and Finnish bank buttons still work as normal. We’re working on a fix. Echtzeit-Einzahlungen per Visa-Karte über die Top-Up-Funktion sind vorübergehend nicht möglich. Dies betrifft nur Kund*innen, die ihr Holvi Konto per Visa-Karte über die Top-Up-Funktion aufladen. Mastercard und Echtzeitüberweisungen (SEPA Instant) funktionieren wie gewohnt. Wir arbeiten an einer Lösung. Visa-korteilla tehdyt Top up -pikasiirrot ovat väliaikaisesti pois käytöstä teknisen ongelman vuoksi. Tämä koskee sinua vain, jos käytät Visa-korttia Holvi-tilisi lataamiseen. Mastercard, SEPA-pikasiirrot ja suomalaiset pankkipainikkeet toimivat edelleen normaalisti. Työskentelemme parhaillaan korjauksen parissa.

    We recently had an issue with accessing PDFs for invoices, order receipts, and other documents, except for newly created ones. This caused errors like blue screens and failed Dropbox exports. We’ve identified the issue and are working on fixing it. It might take a little time for everything to be fully back to normal for all customers.
