    On June 2, 2026, some Hive transactional emails were delayed due to an error by our third-party email provider. The provider incorrectly interrupted normal delivery, and limited communication from them slowed resolution. Paused emails were queued, then released and delivered after service was restored. We understand this may have had a major impact on your day-to-day operations. We are reducing dependence on our current provider path for critical transactional email by adding: 1. Durable provider-agnostic queueing 2. Redundancy for critical sends 3. Safer switchover controls 4. Better monitoring for delivery delays and failures Current status: Resolved. Transactional email delivery has resumed, and follow-up reliability work is underway.

    We're currently investigating an issue with DNS propagation for app.hive.com and other hive.com subdomains in select regions (UK). We are working to confirm and advise on workarounds while we work with our DNS provider.

    We are continuing to investigate the issue. Working with upstream DNS and service providers, we can confirm that the issue impacts several regions past just the United Kingdom. Additional impacted regions include South Africa and Australia. We will provide an update and workaround ASAP. In some cases, usage of a VPN from a different location may allow for a temporary workaround.
