We continue to see signs of imminent resolution to the FMCSA's migration to its new data delivery system. Highway is actively importing and inspecting the subsets of data that have been published thus far. Based on our current findings, we expect a change to the structure of docket numbers. Finally, we expect to be able to merge and make the refreshed datasets available to our customers next week.

Highway continues to evaluate the accuracy and completeness of new datasets released by Motus. This week, a carrier's DOT Status, Operating Authority Type(s) and Operating Authority Status(es) will be updated to reflect what's in Motus, and a carrier's Safety Rating will be updated to reflect what's in SAFER. Due to incomplete information in Motus, Highway has not been able to utilize Authority History and Insurance updates since the final L&I update on May 14th, 2026. Highway is in active communication with the FMCSA regarding data discrepancies that persist between Motus and SAFER.
