    We are currently investigating reports of performance degradation, including slowness, in our AMERICAS2 Data Center. We will provide another update at 11AM PT.

    We have seen the degradation issues in AMERICAS2 Data Center subside & performance has returned to functioning as normal. We will continue to monitor this throughout the rest of the afternoon. We will provide another update by 1PM PT.
