    An upstream carrier's backhaul provider is currently having a widespread outage and this is impacting some incoming calls from outside of the Auckland region. This is mostly impacting Spark incoming calls in the 03, 04, 06 and 07 regions. Engineers are working on the fault and we will post updates as we learn more about the issues.
