    We are receiving multiple reports from South Island customers that they are unable to receive calls from 2degrees and Vodafone mobiles. Engineers are investigating the issue now and have escalated the call examples to the relevant carriers. Updates will follow...

    2degrees have permanently updated their routing now to resolve this issue and the calls are now routing to our network directly via the Vocus interconnects into our network. Please let our team know if you are still having any issues at all with incoming calls. However, we believe that these issues are now resolved.
