We have been notified of an issue in Sydney affecting incoming calls to some of our Australia numbers. The carrier in Australia is aware of a switching fault on the network currently and is taking action to resolve the issue currently. Outgoing calls to Australia should be unaffected. This may however be impacting calls into our Australian number ranges.

The network incident on our upstream carrier network in Sydney affecting our Australia inbound calling has now been resolved and calls appear to be coming through normally again. Please contact our Support Team if you are still experiencing any issues.
