Helpwise faced high error rate and email processing delays. You might have noticed a high amount of errors and buggy behaviour from the Helpwise interface during this time, emails would also have been processed with a lot of delays, and some emails might have been duplicated. Our team identified this at around 1:00 pm UTC and were able to see full recovery at around 4:00 pm UTC.
