We are currently experiencing an issue with our Lab Network interfaces that go through Ellkay. Our internal engineers are working with Ellkay to resolve the VPN issues. Meantime, you may experience issues when placing orders through Ellkay interfaces, such as Natera, Unipath, Precision Diagnostics, PathMD, NxGen, HealthTrackRx, Ethos, Aurora Diagnostics, Acutis, Acupath, Shiel, Pathnostics, Interscope. Results from these lab vendors will also be delayed. This page will be updated when the issue is resolved.
