Greenshades services are currently being impacted by a Microsoft outage. Microsoft is currently investigating and plans to provide an update within 30 minutes. https://status.office.com/

There are no new updates from Microsoft to report. Greenshades is working on alternative connectivity options to return services back to operational.

Microsoft has rerouted traffic to an operating authentication service. We will be coming out of maintenance momentarily. We will continue to monitor in prep for Microsoft to shift services back to the original cluster once fixed.
