    If you utilize OneMeeting video and the Helo/Helo+ Encoder, please contact Granicus Support as soon as possible for full details to renew your Helo Encoder Certificate. Please note your current certificate will expire on Thursday the 22nd of January 2026. Other encoder models are not impacted, and do not require your attention.

    Granicus Engineering teams have identified and resolved the issue with the encoder certificate, and the updated version is now available for installation. If you utilize OneMeeting video and the Helo/Helo+ encoder, please follow the instructions in the support article below to download and install the updated certificate to avoid any interruption to your ability to stream: https://support.granicus.com/s/article/How-to-Install-a-New-Encoder-Certificate?language=en_US&… Please note your current certificate will expire on Thursday, January 22, 2026.
