We are continuing our restoration work and have observed that some areas of the Communications Cloud may be responding more slowly than expected. Our teams are actively optimizing performance, and service stability is improving. Further updates will follow as work progresses.

We are currently experiencing intermittent performance issues within Communications Cloud that may impact access to the Admin interface and the timely sending of scheduled bulletins. If you need to send a scheduled bulletin immediately, you may select the bulletin from the Scheduled tab, update it, and send it manually. Our engineering teams have identified the underlying cause and are actively working to restore full performance. Resolving this is our highest priority, and we will continue to provide updates until the service is fully stabilized.
