    During the period of April 7-April 9, some emails sent from CRM were not delivered due to an issue with our third‑party email delivery provider. The impact varied by account, and some outbound messages did not reach recipients. **Impact** * Emails sent from some CRM accounts during the incident window were not delivered. * Not all accounts were affected. * Failed emails were not automatically resent. **Resolution** The issue was identified and resolved on Thursday, April 9. Email delivery has been operating normally since that time. **Remediation** Upon request, we can: * Provide a report of undelivered emails from your account, or * Perform a one‑time bulk resend of all undelivered emails \(applies to all affected messages and may result in duplicates\).
