GoTab services, including KDS, POS and QR ordering, went offline at approximately 19:32 EST. Customers may have seen an offline message on the KDS screen or unresponsive POS displays. Services were partially restored at 20:31 EST, but previously held orders were not able to be fired until 20:46 EST.
