We are currently observing service disruptions affecting inbound & outbound calls involving some UK mobile networks. The impacted mobile networks are responding with a busy message on inbound calls. This issue is based on the mobile networks , the mobile networks are working on the issue and should have resolved soon. This is not a issue on our network, so we await the mobile networks fix Our team is actively monitoring the situation, we will continue to provide updates as more information becomes available. The affected Mobile Networks have updated that network traffic is returning to normal. We will continue to monitor the situation in relation to our customers phone system traffic to the affected networks.
