Inbound Email Processing Issue

We recently experienced an issue that affected inbound email processing. This has now been resolved, and emails are flowing as expected. A portion of emails sent by customers between 00:10 and 12:40 on 10/04/2026 will not have been received into Gnatta and will need to be handled outside of the platform. This will only affect email accounts that are not Microsoft 365 accounts. We are reviewing our automated monitoring and alerting to prevent this from happening again. We apologise for any disruption caused.
