    Users are unable to access Gnatta or authenticate with Gnatta (logged in users) due to the Authentication Server being unavailable.

    Substantial issues within the LON1 peering network provided by LINX \(London Internet Exchange\) disrupted communications between Gnatta components, resulting in authentication server unavailability. This was a widespread issue for anyone dependent on the London Internet Exchange.
