Since this incident we've been analysing what went wrong and have identified the following. Gnatta users were not able to access the application on two separate occasions throughout 14th October. During these impacted times, some workflows also failed to complete. We quickly identified that the issue resided with our Data Centre. The issue was escalated to them and it was identified they had experienced a router issue which impacted traffic to our application. The issue should have been mitigated by failover but a misconfiguration impacted this. They have remediated this urgently.
