Gnatta Outage History

Users should now be able to access Gnatta as normal. Apologies for any disruption caused. The team will continue to monitor, any further detail will be shared on this ticket once it is moved to 'Resolved'.

We have identified an intermittent connection issue with Microsoft 365 email accounts that began at approximately 5:30pm on 26/09/2026. To resolve this issue, please relink your Microsoft 365 email accounts. To re-link an account, simply add the account again. Do not delete the existing account as it will disable connected workflows and events. By adding the account again, it will re-authenticate the existing account and return normal functionality. Once re-linked, any missed messages will be picked up and handled as normal.

The issues outlined above will not have affected all Microsoft 365 mail accounts. Only relink accounts if you identify inbound mail that has not been received into Gnatta.

System behavior has returned to expected levels across the application. We are continuing to closely monitor performance and stability to ensure everything remains operating as normal. We’ll provide further updates if there are any significant changes. Thank you for your patience while we worked through this.

The problem was determined to be caused by our service provider. We're currently monitoring this issue and can see that performance has improved. We're continuing our investigations into the cause and will post updates here once we've had time to analyse and we have some more information.

Our provider has provided an update and is now seeing the affected service recover from the issue, see here: https://status.twilio.com/incidents/djx8tktw4z0p We're also noticing improved behaviours with calls in Gnatta and will continue to monitor.

We have completed the updates to accommodate the changes in Trustpilot's APIs following their maintenance. These updates have been successfully deployed, and we recommend that you attempt to relink your accounts in Gnatta now. If you encounter any issues, please contact us through our Service Desk.
