Glide apps Outage History

We’re looking into issues where published apps using the glide.page domain aren’t resolving. A workaround is to use .glide.app for now.

We’re currently investigating an issue with our email providers affecting deliverability to some recipients. As a result, some emails may be delayed or temporarily not delivered. We’re actively working with our providers on mitigation and will share updates as we learn more.

We’re investigating an issue with emails not being delivered.

Engineering is looking into an issue where accessing the Builder and published apps is reporting “Service Unavailable”.

The Glide service is currently experiencing disruptions due to issues with one of our upstream service providers.

Some custom domains are not resolving to their app. At this time, the only workaround is to use the URL assigned by Glide (ex, my-prod-app.glide.page). We’re actively working with our service provider to address the issue.

We’re investigating a quota limit error message on Glide AI.

Still researching issues with quotas associated with Glide AI.

We’re working on increasing the Glide AI quota for customers.

Glide is investigating reports of slowness across some data services.

We are investigating some failures in the Glide integration for Make and Zapier.
