We have identified a resource issue in one of our Database servers which is causing an increase in the time to process data. The product is sending requests to the Database which are not processed on time and get timed out. Because of this customers that use MyKerio for the DB might be experiencing the product not responding. Our infrastructure team is currently reviewing the situation and will implement a permanent solution as soon as we have one. We will keep you posted on updates regarding this issue.

Dear Customers, We have identified a specific query that was hoarding most of the resources from our Database server which was causing the performance decrease for the product. After removing the offending query we already see the DB resources are back online which will resolve the response/performance issues you experienced. We are sorry for the inconveniences this caused. We are keeping a close look at our Database resources over the next few hours to make sure this does not happen again.
