    We have a known issue where FaxMaker v20.8 will only work on 32-bit systems. We recommend only upgrading from 20.7 once 20.8 p1 is released. A workaround for customers currently on 20.8 using 64-bit architecture is to roll back to 20.7. We expect 20.8 p1 to be released in the next 48 hours.
