    Dear Customer, We are currently experiencing temporary disruptions affecting SEPA Instant transfers. As a result, some SEPA Instant transactions may be declined or delayed. If your SEPA Instant transfer is declined, please use a regular SEPA Credit Transfer as an alternative while the issue is being resolved. Issue is with RT1 system - RT1 system is a major European financial network used by banks to process instant euro payments. Thank you for your understanding. Kind regards, Genome

    Dear Client, Please be informed that our third-party provider has scheduled maintenance works on the instant payments infrastructure on May 20, 2026, from approximately 01:30 to 03:30 EEST. During this period, SEPA Instant transfers will not be processed. Please use regular SEPA Credit Transfers as an alternative. Any queued SEPA Instant payments will be processed automatically once the service becomes available again.
