We are currently investigating reports that Gem is not accessible from certain countries in the European Union and the United Kingdom. Users in these regions are experiencing infinite loading states when attempting to access the platform or use the browser extension - the services appear to load indefinitely without ever completing. Our engineering team is actively investigating the root cause and working to restore full access as quickly as possible.
