The recent fix for the Fyxer Notetaker not joining Zoom calls inadvertently caused multiple Notetakers to attempt to join the same call. A fix has been deployed for this and are monitoring to confirm full stability. We're sorry for the disruption - we'll update this page as soon as everything is confirmed resolved.

We identified an issue affecting the Fyxer Notetaker. For non-english conducted meetings we failed to generate a transcript. We released a fix so new meetings won't be affected and currently generating the transcript for the meetings that we did not initially generate one. Thank you for your patience and we apologise for the inconvenience caused.
