    On Wednesday, September 27th 6:25 PM ET, we released an account security enhancement for a subset of orgs that have SAML-based single-sign on enabled. Unfortunately, this introduced friction to the login process and some users were unable to access their accounts as a result. On Thursday, September 28th 11:07 AM ET, we reverted the change, allowing users to authenticate as they previously did. We will review the implementation of the change and work with impacted customers to ensure that future release will be non-disruptive. There will be communications shared in advance of future updates affecting login flows.
